J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Micron Technology (Woodlands New Town) en avr. 2024
Entretien
3 rounds of interviews onsite, professional and efficient
1st round general interview of the hiring manager, share information about yourself
2nd round technical interviews with more managers, very difficult, but in a knowledge sharing way. They will ask you specific technical questions relating to the role that you apply for.
3rd round interview with the director. Behavioral questions, can be prepared: this round seems friendly and causual, but don't treat these questions casually, they are still testing you. very important to answer these questions on the point.

school fair activity, got the job after casual chat. Micron welcomes most of the graduates from local universities (NTU+NUS). So for fresh graduates, it is very friendly. But the division is very complex, you need to distinguish fab and TD positions by asking carefully.
