First, basic telephone interview with the HR.
Second, on-site question air(English skill and Personality Quiz)interview with the same HR.
Third, if successful interview with the department team leader and 2 other members.
Last, if successful interview with department head.

Question 1
Basic interview question no technical questions. They only want toe access if you are really interested in the job and if you can do night time shifts.
Had two interviews, both asked a lot of technical questions involving electronic schematics and instrumentation. First interview took about 20 minutes, second interview was about an hour. Very friendly and nice people.

Entretien
It was an easy interview. I just had 2 sessions. Just have some basic ideas and prepare yourself throughly with at least one of the process involved in wafer fabrication if you are looking for equipment and process side. Good luck

Fairly easy interview process when they are looking for new hires. They came to my college to recruit for internships at the company so it was easy to get in for an interview
