My Interview process started 2 months back and i had to go through totally 9 rounds of interview with Senior managers, Sales and VP.. it took considerable amount of time for them to schedule each interview and it was obvious that they were not interested in hiring for this position or were overwhelmed with work.. The recruitment team is NOT at all Professional, After each round of interview I had to follow up multiple times to get updates and every time it took them couple of weeks to respond, Also the Hiring Manager was not providing any update or feedback.. I feel that it’s a RED flag to join such a company which takes more than 2 months to Hire you and also it’s not very Professional of them to take you through 9 interview rounds and provide no updates afterwards.. Very Very Disappointed in the Whole hiring Process and they need to work on improving it drastically..

6 (yes six!) interviews each lasting one hour. 30 hours of preparation time. Result- standard templated rejection email. No reason or feedback given despite three requests. Disappointed with the recruitment process and treatment, given the amount of time and effort expended. A short explanation would have been good courtesy.
