Started with a written skills test that had basic education questions regarding math, English and some mechanical operations. Interviewed by Human Resources person he asked questions about every entry on the application that had to be pre-filled out before the interview. Interviewed by work-place leadership , these two people asked questions about previous employment and workplace teamwork, would I be able to work overtime and on any shift. Finally by work-place manager who asked when I could start working and congratulated me for being hired.
