J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Micron Technology (Singapour) en avr. 2016
Entretien
Hundreds of fresh graduates gathered together, waiting to be called for individual interview. I have gone through 3 rounds face-to-face interview plus 1 written test. Every round there is only one interviewer asking basically the same questions. The written test is common logic/IQ test which should be no problem if you know what to expect. The process is very ineffective show less respect for interviewees. However, it might be an effective practice for the company as they can hire plenty of engineers within a day. I doubt if they will use the same method again as they may not hire as many in the future.
The interview was conducted online. The instructions for interview process were in My Page of the website. It included self introduction and research presentation. Followed by a problem solving question.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Micron Technology (Gujrāt)
Entretien
The Interview Process was fairly straightforward. 2 tech rounds, both with moderate difficulty. The issue was HR communications. No sort of effort to revert or update the candidate, only to receive an update 2 months later.

Question 1
What is lean Manufacturing and how is it different from TOC
Interviewers came in 15 minutes late and did not even acknowledge they were late, just proceeded to take a seat and introduced briefly the team. Panel of 4 interviewers, 2 hiring managers and 2 team members. Interview proceeded with the team members taking turns to ask questions about personality and conflict resolution, not much technical questions. Throughout the interview, one of the hiring manager was on his phone the entire time and did not seem interested in the process other than the occasional nod while the other manager just asked some questions. The team members were helpful in explaining the job scope and environment. Overall a very unprofessional way of conducting an interview.
