I received an email to set up an interview over the phone. Person was nice as asked me a few questions and explained the position. He had my resume and based on my experience asked if I have applied for other positions within Micron. Told them I have and I was more interested in those other positions.
A very detail process makes it easier for you to understand what will it takes for you to prepare for the interview. Few tricky question that may get you to be unselected for the position

Entretien
Applied through college career fair. Immediately go for the interview the next day. However the hr somehow mixed up and gave me a different position that i applied. There are two rounds of interview in total. First with an engineer, then it proceeded to second round and interviewed with the manager of the department. He asked me a few real life situations problem and asked how i will approach the situation.
