There were 3 stages that I went through. The first was an HR interview where they asked me the typical questions about myself and why I have an interest in the company and the position. The second one was with the manager where he asked me about my resume and if I knew anything about their division and how they build clocks there. The third one was a follow-up with the manager where he asked me about equations that are associated with different circuit elements like capacitors and switches. Study your circuit analysis skills and the equations that are associated with them. I got the offer in the end but the pay was below the industry standards which I recommend they must change.
