I contacted them via university recruiting and got an on-campus interview a few weeks later. That was an easy interview with mostly background questions and ended with some simple puzzles. Was invited to an on-site interview a week later with 2 tech leads and department manager. This one included harder puzzles that may require some creativity. Passed that and got an okay offer one week later. People over there were very friendly. A good experience overall.
