Three phone interviews followed by being asked to research and give a Powerpoint presentation. Phone interviews were easy, and mostly consisted of basic questions about my background and skillset, and why I thought I would be a good fit for the position. For the presentation, I was asked to research a particular database topic, compile Powerpoint slides, come down to the office and deliver a 30-minute presentation in person as if I were teaching a class on the topic. The audience occasionally raised their hands and asked questions as if they were students and were confused about some aspect. Received an offer the next week and accepted it.
