Entrevista com IA, com compartilhamento de câmera e áudio. Sem nenhum tipo de retorno após a entrevista. Parece que a empresa quer apenas coletar dados dos usuários de sua plataforma.

The technical filter consists of a chat with an AI. The questions are far removed from what a frontend developer actually does. It feels like a spoken multiple-choice exam that rewards memorization of definitions related to problem-solving skills or familiarity with modern architectures.
You apply, and they schedule a session with an AI avatar. If you're expecting to discuss best practices, optimization, or component design decisions, you'll be disappointed, as the bot is limited to textbook questions that don't apply to complex, real-world projects.

Fully AI automated with strangly mandatory questions, The AI was quiet while I was answering, not giving feedback on how I was doing and if the answer was answered. When there was a slight pause the AI would just go on with the next question, oddly agreeing with everything I said at times twisting it. The tech part was a basic frontend tasck, so basic that is far from my daily work.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
At first a very broaud question about my career and my experience. Then the other questions where mostly trailing off to one another. Spanning from "how would you solve this specific structural problem?" to "what would you do to optmize images?" vague and corner questions that have multiple valid responses, depending on who is eveluating it after the AI it depends on how the answer would be recived.
