Applied for job. Waited 2 months on confirmation of this. Went through interview with 3 members of a management team. 1 Manager, and 2 Senior Engineers. They tested both my technical knowledge, and also my problem solving skills through basic scenarios. eg SQL process and general knowledge. Interview was 2 hours long
