You sit down in a conference room and get asked basic business questions. They will ask you your technological experience. Basically.... can you help employees with software/hardware/electrical plug in problems. You could honestly tell them that you know more than you actually do because they don't really care past this interview.

You'll get an email for an interview, they interview you in a group. You will have to take an exam that has a lot of math and grammar questions. You will have to present one of the other people in the group after interviewing each other. You will be given specific scenarios and asked how you would handle them.

Entretien
Very straightforward and all behavioral. Cares about interests and other relevant things about your character/personality (how you fit in). I didn’t have the best hours available as a college student so I wasn’t offered a job.
