Process was simple. Applied Online, Awkward Video Interview requiring you to answer questions about how you would handle retail situations at former jobs. After 2 months got an email about an interview. It was a group interview reminiscent of a school project where you have to work with others in order to answer questions and all stand in front of other groups and answer your scenario questions. Called back a week later to do a computer literacy test and an IQ test both pretty simple. Then finally a drug test.

The interview process I went through was less of a one-on-one traditional interview and more of a group interview session. I was informed that I would get a call back to schedule a one-on-one interview, but that never happened.

Entretien
The interview process wasn't too bad. They ask you to take two types of tests, and then you meet with someone. I interviewed the manager of the sales floor (NOT the GM) and i feel like it went well honestly.
You take a math and reading comprehension test as well as an employee behavioral test before spending around 15 minutes discussing your interest and familiarity with the position. Be careful not to sound too overqualified.
