The whole process took a couple of weeks. We did a phone interview, and I spoke to two members of the team on which I would be working. They asked almost no questions to clarify anything on my resume, just some pretty general questions about how I work in a team; meeting deadlines; etc. Then they left some time for me to ask questions and clarified the day-to-day of the position a bit. The whole interview was not very personal, but friendly.
