Following applying and receiving an invitation to interview, there were two interviews, one with the Training Director and one with a Regional Organizing Director. Both interviews took place over the phone.

During the pandemic, a series of three phone interviews. Very personable and experience-based questions about organizing and political views. The first call was about twenty minutes, the second was with my direct supervisor and was about an hour-long, laid back conversation.
