Applied to the position and received an email to set up a time for an interview for the following week. Reply back later that evening offer time slots for availability. Don’t hear anything back so reach out the next week just to follow up. End up getting ghosted for several more weeks and then get sent an automatic rejection email. Highly unprofessional and disappointing. Would have preferred just an automatic rejection to begin with.

Applied on a Thursday. The next Monday I got an email from the manager asking to setup a time to talk. He called me right away since I was available. I explained my back ground a bit. Asked him tentative start date if offered the position and he said how about in a week. I said that works and he told me he would send an offer over in an hour. 15 minute long phone call with offer on phone. That’s how it should be.
