J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Michaels (Surprise, AZ) en août 2011
Entretien
I applied for the job online and got a call a month later to come in for the interview if still interested. The interview was scheduled for the following day. I showed up about 10 minutes early and had to wait, then met the hiring manager. The interview was quick and straight to the point: she wanted to verify my job experience and get a few more details of my skills, then told me what the job consists of. She had me fill out a background check form then that was it. I didn't really hear back for almost a month, even though I had called to check up on my status 4 times. They kept saying she was still interviewing and deciding on people. Finally got a call back a month after the interview to come back in to fill out paperwork if I'm still interested in the job, which I am.
It was simple and comfortable. I felt like I could open up and get a good amount of information regarding the position and benefits. The process went by fast and the company communicated well.

Fairly simple process. Interviewed with the assistant manager then with the Manager. Basic questions about work history and experience . Also asked about scheduling availability and willingness to work nights and or weekends.
