I traveled a long distance (at my own cost) to interview with this company. They start out by conference calls and then invite you to visit them to interview. I was initially a bit hesitant as many appointments were broken and time frame extended. The personal interview was very relaxed and kind of a joke, but I took into account this was Michael Johnson's company and tried to put it at the back of my mind.
