So, in the first interview he tells you about himself and the firm so you can decide if it's the kind of place you want to work and if he's the kind of boss you want to work with. He's easy-going in the interview and understands the stressful nature of interviews. He tries to give a lot of accommodations for nerves. He's pretty straightforward about salary and will ballpark honestly to respect everyone's time. He'll listen closely at the first interview. At a second interview he'll ask more detailed questions, both about things you talked about and things you didn't talk about.
