Before the first interview i did on the internet a codity test. Realy nice one. Not so difficult.
But i had very bad feeling after visiting this company. The office is realy low standards. Anyway, when i came, the secretary asked me if i want to drink something, she was kindly nice, and after that she gave me some files to fill. After that she gave me an english test to do. I did it. After that some guy gave me a java test to do. He has shown me where is the computer etc'. I did the test. it's realy long test to develop. not difficult but long.
After 3 hours at the place i told them that i have to go, and i wonder why no one told me even in 5 words, what the hell they do in the company. They told me that this is their interviews methods.
One day after they called to tell that i passed the first interview, but i told them that i'm not interested anymore.

I came to their office, had to fill several forms, do an online (codity) test which was quite fair, and then an interview with two of the recruiters.
My overall feeling from that day was bad. They did not elaborate much about the company product (which can be understood for a stealth mode SU), but they also pretty refused to say their role (team-leader? sys-architect?) as if it was a secret, but despite that they ask the candidates a few intrusive questions such as your age, how many children you have, what was your salary in former companies you worked for etc. I think some of the questions there are illegal by the Israeli law.
