Applied online and got a call from an HR person about a week later. I sat down with my future manager and he asked me some questions about my goals and what I hoped to gain from the summer. Also asked some statics and material strength questions. They said to call again next year and I thought that meant they wouldn't consider me but in fact called with an offer about two months later.
