There was no interview it was a bid job in a union shop you had 30 days to decide if you wanted the job. I was already employed in another position at another school in the district. It was up to the supervisor to decide if you were a good fit for the position.

applied online got a call for interview and had a phone interview got call back for a face to face interview and a group interview. called back two weeks later for offer. i accepted the offer and did drug test before i start
