J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Metropolitan State Hospital (Norwalk, CA) en juin 2021
Entretien
It was straight to the point, panel interview, they give you a time limit to answer questions. I had a phone interview with them. I like how direct and straightforward it is, nursing skills, situational scenarios, and safety questions.

You drive through a barren property with streets like a maze, struggle to find parking, then have to walk some distance, go up a few floors and wait in a very old building and lobby. You check in the office and they come get you. You walk into a room with 3 interviewers on separate desk with some space between each one and a single desk with a folder on it about 7 feet from them. The binder has 5 questions in it, with each question being on a single page. I have interview x2 and there seems to be the same African American lady at the center. The other 2 interviews were different than the first. The questions both times were related to culture, infection control, medication side effects, what you would do in certain situations and 1 medical question (1st about diabetes, 2nd about stroke). Some questions were repeated on the 2nd interview. I answered every question thoroughly, and even more so the 2nd time. I still didn't get the job. I have reason to believe they are biased in who they hire, based on looks and race. The questions couldn't have been answered better. They have hired other people I know without any interview only a prior annual review from another job. Some of those people that got the job I trained at other jobs and would run circles around. What a shame metro. Glad I didn't get the job because I am happy where I am at, and it is very nice. Metro is like a barren waste land where you could tell funds are limited as the property is old and depressing.

Question 1
They tell you not to leak the questions and I don't, but I will say what they had to do with. I interviewed x2. Both times the questions were related to culture, infection control, medication side effects, what you would do in certain situations and 1 medical question (1st about diabetes, 2nd about stroke). Some questions were repeated on the 2nd interview.
