Was contacted almost immediately upon submitting my response to a posting they had on Zip Recruiter. Spoke with the Property Manager, who came across as very personable/friendly - almost too friendly. Arranged for an interview, that had to be rescheduled as she forgot that she had a meeting to attend. Interview was very informal and was offered the position before the end of the interview. Discussed salary, (which was lower than my expectations when taking my experiencing into consideration), along with commission structure - which was one of the oddest in the industry.
