Panel interview, 2-4 individuals in the room who are usually already in the position or similar positions to the one you are applying to. They will each ask you questions. Expect about 8-10 questions. Some examples include: 1. Describe a time when you had to make a difficult decision 2. How do your values align with those of the organization 3. What drives you to want to work with vulnerable populations 4. Describe a moment in which someone was not doing what they were supposed to and how you approached it If you pass the first interview you may be called back to do a second one depending on the applicant pool. The second interview has questions similar to the ones mentioned but more in line with your site/population you will be working with.
