I have three rounds of interviews for more than 8 hours. It took a lot of time and to be honest I felt I was overqualified for that job. The first interview was with HR some general questions, the second interview with the tech team, a very simple code challenge and friendly talk for about three hours.
And the third one was a bit confusing, they said you are gonna do a code challenge again, and they'll send it to me by email. But surprisingly they called me and say you need to come over for three hours again.
I did not like the attitude of one the questioner, in the end also he just left without even say goodbye or anything!
After a couple of days I call them and asked for the result, they said we decided to not continue with you! I was completely shocked and ask for the reason and she said the questioners did not like the code style! It's completely ridicule because the code was less than 10 lines, and it was about math, not coding, besides that they questioners were not even Java developers!
The procedure was too weird and It was complete waisting times!
