I first had a short phone interview with a HR person.She then set up a call between me and the guy who was to be my supervisor.He called me a couple days later on a Friday,And we set up a time to meet the following Monday.I met the supervisor for lunch,and he bought.It was very relaxed.He told me he wanter to hire me but he had a few more interviews to do later that week and that he had to talk to his boss.I got a call on that Thursday from a HR lady offering me the position.I had to then do a drug test and back ground check.Once i passed those i started like 2 weeks later.
