My interview started with a phone screen with the recruiter. That went well and I was scheduled to have a phone interview with the hiring manager two days after. An hour before the phone interview with the hiring manager, I get an e-mail that the phone interview was cancelled and they are moving forward with another candidate. I thought that was a bit rude of them to do.
