Entretien
I applied online and was called for a phone screening interview with a recruiter a few weeks later. They were very accommodating with the time of my interview, which had to be later in the afternoon.
I was interviewed by three people. They set expectations of front, that this is a start up company and that you have to be willing to be flexible. All of them asked important questions though, about my experience and what I could bring to the table. I was given a tour of the office as well. After leaving I was called on my way home by the recruiter and was offered the job.

Entretien
It was a fairly quick process. When you go in to interview, they really make you feel welcome! Seems like a truly awesome company and I'm excited to start my career there! I actually received another slightly higher offer from a second company as well, however, I still picked Metromile because of how awesome the vibe is. They seem to really care about their employees and are definitely doing something right to be rated a 4.5 on glassdoor!

Entretien
It's a fairly quick process, had both a phone interview and in-person interview and received an offer all within 2 weeks. They really make you feel welcome when you go into the office to interview. Seems like an overall great company! I received a slightly higher offer with another company but still ended up choosing Metromile because of the overall vibe that I felt.
