I was interviewed by the head of department. The interview was informal. There were no standard questions except for "tell me about yourself" part. I was asked what I did in my previous job, what type of analysis I performed, what data I worked with, etc. I was informed about benefits at Metroplus. The second part of the interview was to read an article and write some sort of essay. The purpose of it was to check critical thinking of a candidate. That article was about issues with healthcare.gov website at the end of 2013. Overall I had a very pleasant experience.
