Metro Sales prefers to do their interviews in a 2-3 part process. The first interview is to discuss the role, culture, and your background. The second round is with your team's manager. The final interview is with the vp of the department that you are applying for. The whole process is incredibly quick, lasting a week at most if the 3 interviews have to work around your schedule.

Started with a phone interview with the recruiter,
Next was a phone call with the manager.
3rd round was a teams meeting with the VP of sales.
The final round was a in person sales call with a customer.

Entretien
The recruiter I worked with was amazing. Friendly, honest, kind, encouraging, responsive, and direct with all necessary information to make an informed decision about the process. The Manager was excellent all-around, asked great questions, listened, and was interested in me as a person and worked to ensure this was a great fit for both sides.

I appreciated the deep dive both the recruiter and manager took into my work, sales style, relationship building/network, and the performance data shared. They both ensured I knew exactly what the position would entail, how I would be measured, and how my work had been assessed in the past. Throughout the entire process I felt like a person engaged in a meaningful conversation and discourse, and not like a resume being tested by an ATS system. There is no way I could express in words the appreciation I have for Metro Sales or for the experience I had throughout the interview process.
