There interview consist of listening to the PM talk about the client for an hour. Once he is done if he likes your attitude he will get you hired. This is OK but the IT Manager would test you and the test was pretty easy but thorough. He covered everything you would be doing. Once you are hired you are turned lose with no direction from management. This will make you fail.
