I applied through LinkedIn and was contacted for an initial phone screening from the DC office. The process was then moved further with a phone interview with West Coast Manager and an in person interview with the Manager and the President as well. I was also given the opportunity to share my experiences further with the VP as well. The questions ,consisting of a mix of behavioral, conversational and a case study, were very interesting and unique as the interviewers really wanted to get to know me and how I think. Overall, I could not have asked for a better interviewing process.
