I recently completed a written test in English and had an interview with the CEO and team head, which I found to be quite easy and conducted in a casual manner. However, I am well aware of the importance of being well-prepared and practicing beforehand, even for seemingly easy interviews or tests. Before the interview, I researched the company thoroughly and prepared responses to common interview questions. I also practiced my communication skills by rehearsing my responses with a friend or family member. Although the interview turned out to be more relaxed than I anticipated, I believe that my preparation helped me to present myself in the best possible light and showcase my skills and qualifications.
