I had attended a walk in interview for Hardware Engineer at their Bangalore centre. From start of the process from 9 AM till evening there was not a single glass of water served to the candidates. There were around 50 to 70 candidates and all were scattered around. Many candidates' profiles were misplaced and not called for interview. It shows complete mismanagement and lack of coordination among the HR personals.
