I had an initial phone call with the in-house recruiter who explained all about the role and asked about my experience. The second stage was a telephone interview with the Group Accountant to see if I was a right fit with the company. The third stage was a face-to-face interview with the Group Accountant and Finance Director. The process took around 2 weeks in total.
