J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Meta en avr. 2025
Entretien
Over the course of three separate days, I went through a 45-minute past work presentation, a 45-minute app critique, a 45-minute whiteboard challenge, and a 30-minute behavioral interview. The interviewers were friendly and supportive, often helping by asking clarifying questions. Possibly because it was a new grad position.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
One of the behavioral questions was, "How did you handle overall feedback (not just for design)?"
J'ai passé un entretien chez Meta (Londres, Angleterre)
Entretien
Straightforward like any big tech interview, but long and intense. Formats are pretty standardized so it just takes practice. Questions appear like it's from a bank, so if you're prepared you should be fine.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Meta
Entretien
I was reached out by a recruiter. Started with the recruiter call, then portfolio presentation, then full loop (Portfolio presentation - app critique - design challenge - background). They had very strong emphasis on design craft and visual excellence. Recruiter who helped me prep was very nice and helpful.
Typical interview process consisting of multiple rounds—Pre-screen, Portfolio Presentation, Full-Loop (Presentation, App Crit, Whiteboard Challenge and Behavioral) - Felt I did really well, and I got great feedback during the rounds but ultimately received no offer.
