Recruiter called me, after I used the site to schedule time for two additional interviews. Initially asked about my background, and explained how the process works. You have to go through the interview rounds before being able to be assigned a team from a real hiring manager.

Interview process was fairly straightforward. Recruiters are super helpful in getting you prepared for whats to come. Interviews got scheduled fairly fast, so having the momentum is great. Each interview only lasted about 30 minutes. from start to finish it took about 1 month

Multiple rounds across product, engineering, and business leaders. Long cycle and many situational questions..."how would you respond.." many questions about specific prior experiences in handling challenges, frictions, leadership. Be prepared for lengthy process
