J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Meta (Boston, MA) en déc. 2021

3 interviews besides initial phone screen, then my favorite part where you meet managers and CHOOSE your team! Sourcer provided tons of prep and everyone is extremely attentive. I could follow all stages and communicate with interviewers thought my career profile. The only thing is the recruiter I started working with initially, resigned just as we were going to offer. At that point they trade off to a negotiator anyway but it made it a little weird. I did all interviews inside of two weeks and 1 week later I got a verbal offer then another week out while getting the offer in writing, I met with the managers. Onboarding wasn't seamless but the interview process definitely was. it's hard to believe anyone would give a negative review. I see that people that provided one were applicants and many did not receive offers. I hope that less favorable candidates are treated as well as those that are getting pushed forward. I did accept so I know that I certainly will.

The selection process for a recruiter role at Meta is structured, fast-paced, and focused on both technical recruiting skills and cultural alignment. It typically includes:
1. **Initial Phone Screen:** Conducted by a Meta recruiter, this call covers your background, motivation, and alignment with Meta’s mission and values.
2. **Recruiting Skills Interview(s):** These interviews assess your experience with sourcing strategies, pipeline management, stakeholder communication, and recruiting metrics. Expect scenario-based and behavioral questions (e.g., “Tell me about a time you filled a hard-to-close role”).
3. **Virtual Onsite / Loop Interviews:** You’ll meet with multiple interviewers across different functions. Sessions may include role-playing (e.g., a mock intake call with a hiring manager) or exercises to evaluate how you manage priorities and build recruiting strategies.
4. **Culture & Collaboration Focus:** Meta places strong emphasis on values like "Be Bold", "Focus on Impact", and "Move Fast". You’ll be assessed on your adaptability, communication style, and ability to partner cross-functionally.

Casual conversation with internal recruiter about my recruiting experience and how it aligns with recruiting at Meta, spoke about their unique approach and how differs from the agency side. Interviewer was very friendly but I never heard back at all.
