J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez Meta
Entretien
I had an on-campus interview (portfolio review) that was followed by a product critique over the phone that came many weeks later (their interviewing schedule was evidently full). I was invited onsite after this, where I presented my portfolio to a group of five or six designers and managers before having one-on-one interviews with the same group. These interviews included another portfolio review and another product critique, as well as a design challenge and a more behavioral interview.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The design challenge was meant to be a team effort with the interviewer, but I pretty much felt on my own.
J'ai passé un entretien chez Meta (Londres, Angleterre)
Entretien
Straightforward like any big tech interview, but long and intense. Formats are pretty standardized so it just takes practice. Questions appear like it's from a bank, so if you're prepared you should be fine.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Meta
Entretien
I was reached out by a recruiter. Started with the recruiter call, then portfolio presentation, then full loop (Portfolio presentation - app critique - design challenge - background). They had very strong emphasis on design craft and visual excellence. Recruiter who helped me prep was very nice and helpful.
Typical interview process consisting of multiple rounds—Pre-screen, Portfolio Presentation, Full-Loop (Presentation, App Crit, Whiteboard Challenge and Behavioral) - Felt I did really well, and I got great feedback during the rounds but ultimately received no offer.
