I had a recruiter screening which was followed by a phone screen. I was called on site after the phone screen. It was a horrible interview process. 3 out of 4 interviewers did not show up for the on-site interview. This was when I specifically requested for skype interview rounds as my wife is undergoing chemo and it would have immensely helped me. The recruiter did not even respond to this request. It's really sad to see how they treat potential candidates. If you are not even serious enough to show up for interviewing for a role which is perhaps a very important role considering Facebook's current situation then it sends a very bad message to future candidates. In addition, I was shocked to see one of my interviewers say, the only reason we have end-to-end encryption is to prevent investigators from asking us for PII data. If we have end-to-end encryption, we can just say, we don't have the data. Its got nothing to do with customer privacy but with Facebook's personal benefit
Loop interview process. Very stressful but interviewers are really nice. Happened all in the same day one after another so you have to take time off of work . Overall, It was a good experience and tons of opportunities to ask questions

Legal background with 3 years experience in privacy law. Not enough program management experience. Good HR call. But hard to match the right position. They really care about the program management experience.

Similar interview process to most other employers for this role:
1. Initial recruiter interview
2. Secondary interview with PgM and/or teammate
3. (Virtual) on-site across 4 domains
My experience was great up until I was awaiting word back from the company post on-site interview. I felt the interviews all went very well, and the interviewers were great. My biggest issue with Facebook is the extraordinary amount of time to wait for a decision or update after the on-site. Four weeks(!) went by until I was told that there was not going to be an offer. I had already accepted another offer by that time, and had moved on.
