J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Meta (San Francisco, CA) en avr. 2019

Call with recruiter
2 calls product sense and product execution
I really disliked the process or interview as there was no space for human connection, it felt like I was talking to robots who where just interested in having a specific answer. It was cold, awkward and honestly didn't make me want to work there. They both also complained about the lack of work life balance. Extremely aggressive and nerd culture. Def not a fit for me.

How would you decide between building emojis vs post?
Wasn't too great interviewers were consistently late. I didn't appreciate that. After the Second round of interviews I decided not to proceed. All in all terrible experience. Wish it were better.

Entretien
Strightforward interview, product sense, frameworks, culture fit, behavioral. Lot of pre-interview group zoom calls to learn about Meta and teams, anecdotally a lot of people in their nice kitchens and showing their back yards.
