J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez MetTel

      Entretien

Brought me into the Manhattan office for the initial interview. Kind of stupid for a guy like me being from South Jersey, was essentially a 6 hour and 125 dollar commute just for a 10 minute interview with a woman who spoke broken English and knew right off the bat she was just gonna send me for the other interview in Holmdel, NJ. Then the Holmdel interview came, I was waiting outside the office for 5 minutes because the door was locked and there is no receptionist and eventually had to call the the woman in HR from the Manhattan office. Almost blew my top because she made me late by a couple minutes for the interview because she didn't let me know that there wasn't a receptionist and claimed that "the email didn't go through" where she told me. Then I get in there, sit down with this woman where she asked me three questions and told me about the job. She simply just asking me about my experience, what my salary expectations were, how well I am with Excel and what I would be doing in regards to the position, after which the interview ended. Interview was about 30 minutes, if that. Then I attempted to follow up multiple times and did not receive a single reply from anyone; not HR, not the initial interviewer, or the second one in Holmdel and still have yet to hear back from them. Only thing I can tell you is that they did contact my references, but literally the worst communication I've had between an employer in regards to the interview. Literally spent a total of 150-175 dollars in train, gas, food, and tolls and a around 7 and a half hours just to get blue balled and have no one respond when I followed up. I've never seen such a lack of professionalism on their part, and was a complete waste of my time. Absolutely outrageous to say the least.
