Recruiter interview - great. Second interview -great. Final interview - terrible. 30 minute interview that became 18 minutes as the hiring manager was 10 minutes late. Clearly wasn’t interested as the interviewer didn’t ask anything about me, and didn’t know anything about the second interview. I was obviously an applicant to make up the numbers. Took 2 weeks to receive a thanks but no thanks email. I get the feeling the successful applicant was internal and I was there to make up the numbers. There were likely others. I withdrew the application as soon as I got the “thanks” email as I didn’t want my application to count as a “look - we interviewed other people” application. Wasted my time and that of the recruiters and the employees who conducted the second interview.
