I applied through a a connection I had with an alumnus who is an actuary. I was called back within several days invited to New York for a formal interview. The process took several hours in which I spoke with the head of the actuarial development program, as well as several directors, actuaries, and students. After words, there was an informal lunch in which I was free to pose general questions I had.
