We worked as a Resident Manager Couple. Interview had 3 stages. Meeting Property Manager to pass resume. Had an interview with HR at the main office to discuss duties and our abilities to fit a position. HR was very friendly and asked questions to see if I had skills to perform office duties. After it took over 3 weeks to issue a job offer. Training and support was provided. Property Manager and other colleagues were easy to reach for help as I was new at the company.
