What a strange interview. They reached out to me to schedule an initial phone interview, which was with their internal recruiter. That went well and I heard back almost immediately they wanted me to do an interview with the hiring manager. That also seemed to go well and, again, I heard back almost right away they wanted to bring me in for a face-to-face in about a week. I was very excited and spent a considerable amount of time drafting a 90-day plan to bring to me interview. The night before the interview, I got an email they were canceling my face-to-face and were going with another candidate. The email was not apologetic and seemed very rude to cancel the interview less than 12 hours in advance. Strange and rude.
