I bombed it sure but my main issue and reason for making this review is my interviewer the chef. From start to finish I never felt welcomed or that this was a nice friendly environment. He felt cold and disengaged and that made me more nervous and uncomfortable than I already am during interviews. Interviews can be very difficult for people with anxiety (me). Kind of feel like I would’ve hated it there anyways.

Situational type questions but the worst and most confusing one was: what does coming into work mean for you?
walk in, go to a meeting room, wait for chef and assistant Gm to come in , fill out a paper application, run a background check. talk experience and availability along with goals of employment.

There was none... I was with a friend who was picking up an application, who was accepted on the spot, then I (who had no intention to apply) was offered a job too. It was very surprising and I immediately accepted. I was given paperwork to fill out and began training that week.
