The process is broken down into 4 steps.
1st Interview - Recruiter reaches out via email to schedule call for a pre-screen which takes like around 15-30 minutes.
2nd (Assessment) - You will receive an assessment to complete and send it back to the recruiter to pass to the hiring manager for review. The hiring manager will compare the notes and assessment to determine who will move to the next round. Note: The assessment took me around 1 hour to complete.
3rd Interview - I made it to this round. It was sort of informal - just to learn about my work history, interest and why this role. I really got a chance to learn more about the team and the company. I really enjoyed the conversation. At the end of our conversation, the VP let me know that they enjoyed it as well and they would like for me to move forward to the final round which is where I will meet with my hiring manager and another team member.
4th Round - I was then scheduled another virtual meeting that took about 20 -25 minutes to meet with the 2 team members. During this interview they wanted to learn how I would approach certain scenarios and my experiences in the past and how those experiences/skills would translate to this role.
The next day I received an offer letter
