Got a phone call with recruiter then said I should be hearing back within a week regardingn next step. Never heard back even though I sent a follow up email.

It was a 3 step process, first an initial catch up with a HR team member, then the hiring manager and finally with the department lead. It was a thorough but enjoyable experience with a mix of chatting through my CV, the current role and job expectations. It was very relaxed and friendly.
